I was supposed to be sipping Pina Coladas in Nusa Penida right now. But instead I am back in India. How did that happen?
Well…my boyfriend lost control of his dirt bike and flew over the handlebars and broke his toe. At one point during our last week in Bali it became pretty clear that he couldnt travel anymore and he wanted to go back to LA and work on his surf film and software degree sooner than what we had planned so we decided to cut our Bali trip short by two weeks and came back last Sunday night.
Its been a week in India now and I miss surfing so much it’s driving me crazy. BUT I have taken this opportunity to really work on the blog and up level my editing and photography skills. I can now successfully create reels on Premier Pro 😎.
The most interesting thing that happened to me was when I was having lunch with a friend in Gurgaon and ran into Suyash Keshari at his exhibition at Museo Camera. He has been mentioned in conversations around me a lot in the past few months so it was weird seeing someone mildly famous.
I also ventured out of hibernation for a couple hours to the yearly Dastakar mela at Delhi Haat so that was pretty colorful and also exhausting. Next week will be much the same – working on the blog and doing a lot of work.
